The campaign ran for two months across radio, outdoor and multiple digital channels (PPC, Display and social). Utilising Ruler Analytics the team were able to track all inbound traffic across digital and phone sources. Through call tracking the team were able to help monitor and adapt the telesales scripts to ensure higher conversion rates.
