Deals are the foundation of your CRM. They allow you to keep track of the sales process and manage key interactions and engagements with leads and customers.
There are several ways to manually add deals into your Pipedrive account:
1. To add a new Deal, go to the pipeline view and click on ‘+ Deals’.
2. To add a Deal to an existing record, go to the ‘Contact’ tab and select the person or Organisation and click on ‘Add new deal’.
3. Under the ‘Contact’ tab, select ‘Contacts Timeline’ and click on the ‘+’ to add a new Deal.
4. You can associate an email with an existing or new Deal in Pipedrive. Go to the ‘Mail’ tab, click on an email and find a deal or create a new deal.
